Got to say this... As to how I would rate my experiences with the buying and selling of homes I've dealt with: selling of father's home -not good. Selling of wife's home -what a mess they had us in. Selling/buying a home can be a very complicated process, but not when you have the expertise and knowledge of Suzanne Sloan helping you every step of the way. Suzanne went out of her way to get us in every house we wanted to look at, during a very crazy market. During our first meeting, she had already done the research of the local housing prices, and explained the details of the selling process. Her professional guidance helped us make decisions about how to prepare our home for the market, and her connections in the business made it easy to schedule important appointments. She was always available for questions, and we had many! When it was time to review offers, she never pressured us in our decisions. Because of her, closing was a breeze. Suzanne is amazing! She worked with us to purchase both our first home, and then again with our current home. We also trusted her to list our first home. She was able to find the perfect home for us both times all while expertly managing my husband and I who had very different ideas about what we wanted. We had a very specific set of criteria we were working with during the last move since we were moving into a larger multi-generational home within our current school district and Suzanne found us our "unicorn"! She worked so hard on our behalf both times to make sure we got what we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Suzanne for the second time. About seven years ago she helped me to locate my first home and now she helped my wife and I sell it and move into our second home. Suzanne provided sound advice throughout the whole process and was quick to answer our questions. And the best part is that we were able to sell our house in less than a day. There were a few minor bumps in the road towards the end of the selling process but she worked with the buyer's agent to get the issues resolved so that we could close. Suzanne was great from the beginning as she made time to meet with my family on a holiday weekend. She got the house listed on our time table and had a big open house which generated 2 offers. We accepted one and lost that deal when the buyers lost their financing due to a job change.
